Harborline Tycoon

Harborline Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing port. You schedule arrivals, assign cranes, and expand storage while trying not to create a traffic jam of waiting ships. It sounds dry, but the logistics puzzle is oddly addictive.

The early game is a gentle tutorial, and by mid-game you're juggling several docks at once. There's an offline progression element that felt fair rather than manipulative, letting you check back and adjust plans.

The interface is dense, which is my one complaint on a small screen. On a larger phone it's comfortable; on a tiny one, expect some squinting. Still, if you like optimizing systems, it delivers.
